@snacks because microsoft sucks and everything they touch is shit. even C lets you pass functions, plus variadics for context of the function to spin up your own closure
rust as usual just lets you do it directly

@nigger you got it wrong. c# has good support for functions as arguments, you just can't use it in annotations for stuff which can usually take arguments, for some reason
