@Tony @lina @meso @yomiel like I seriously don't get how there's supposed to be some sort of "anti-homophobia" message in the Bruno character. this was just making fun of faggots back when it was becoming less publicly acceptable to hate on faggots but still acceptable to make fun of all the weird shit about them and then when the time of the culture shifted he literally panicked and said it was about some sort of "anti-bigotry" message or some shit. comedians do this bullshit all the time to dodge criticism over earlier works.

I don't know anything about him other than his characters that he plays, but Bruno was gold.
Sad to hear he did walk back the character. He should have owned it. He did a great job - the character was the epitome of everything people hate/fear about faggots.
