the end half of this class is very heavy on stocks and bonds. there's a lot of information to unpack here, a lot of formulas that go along with analyzing the decision.. it is a lot
it's basically all making a mathematical guess.
you guess the the cost of stuff, you guess what you think the cost of stuff will be in the future, you guess what you think you'll make, you guess what you think you'll need to finance your guessed amounts if youre guessed amounts are guessed well enough and show you need to guess on financing them... then you dip into stocks and bonds. the guessing continues
