@eal Are you making it like a typical cup, or more like the style you find in the Mid-East? When I'd get coffee at an Ethiopian restaurant, they'd prepare it more like an espresso shot or Turkish coffee. Maybe it's meant to have a different concentration than what we normally think of.

@mrsaturday yeah, I did my usual aeropress method as a baseline. I'll tweak the grind size and see what happens, won't be buying any brewing implements for one small experimental bag. It's actually kinda fun tasting weird things and maybe I can surprise a guest with it at some point
