I’m never lifting another weight.

I’m dead.

@iwillbite Did you try to lift more than what you can currently handle?

You're supposed to take a break, that and progressive overload

You gotta start somewhere, finding the right point just before you over do it will probably take a while. Taking creatine is probably a good idea eventually if you keep it up

@iwillbite @p

It's a widely used supplement that helps with weightlifting, but you don't really need it, focus on your diet, that's what really makes a difference.

@iwillbite @p After days/weeks of sufficient creatine dosage, it gives you a 5-15% boost in high intensive, repetitive anaerobic work (such as lifting weights).

As it allows slightly more muscle damage before you become totally exhausted, it allows the possibility of slightly bigger muscles on healing (but realistically, many stop when they've think that they've done enough, not when they can do no more - in the former case, creatine won't do much).

@iwillbite @newt I am respectful! But you just have to stop complaining and do it again. Take creatine and protein smoothies after the workout and you'll be fine in a month or so.

@iwillbite @captainepoch he's an admin. You should respect his authority and lift weights harder.

@iwillbite You will not win because you're not strong enough for muscles, and the might of a wizard can only be overcome with huge muscles.

@nerthos I wouldn’t want super strong muscles anyways. I just want to be stronger than I am now. And keep up with a kettlebell/weight class without dying.

@iwillbite Well yeah I think it's implied I did. I drew myself as an EXTRA smug wizard.
