Which Linux distro should I choose

@Paulajak@boymoder.biz have you used it? I imagine it should be as stable as arch or something lol

when arch breaks you gotta fix it yourself
when debian unstable breaks you just kinda wait a bit and it should fix itself

@phnt @waifu I was reading through a thread about people keeping old PowerPC Macs alive and some guy was talking about updating Gentoo on his Dual G5 taking 2 days+.

@gray @waifu At that point I would probably just cross-compile with distcc. I wouldn't want a 1kW space heater running in a room full throttle for multiple days.

@phnt @waifu I double checked and I was wrong he is running a Quad G5. Yeah I'd probably figure out how to cross compile too.

@gray @waifu Quad G5 is still a dual G5 design with two cores per one G5 chip. So you were still technically correct.
