@meso @lucy @snacks The natural habitat of the European race is the forest, so ideally the kind of sun exposure you want is the kind you get from patchy shade, such as what trees provide. When you have pale skin, that's enough for vitamin D production and it protects you from the amount of UV exposure that your skin wasn't meant to receive.
