Speaking of BL, I saw a couple anime that are kinda coded for it. Only cuz they looked interesting and did not advertise being BL.

"The Other World's Books Depend on the Bean Counter" features an office drone who loves accounting and gets summoned by accident to a fantasy world. His habit of overworking himself entices the knight captain to "take care" of him.

Also "A Gentle Noble's Vacation Recommendation" is about a noble mysteriously being isekai'd and decides to become an adventurer. He's surrounded by guys that are drawn to him. It's not explicitly sexual or romantic, but the way they act with him screams it.
For this reason this is the only one I actually finished. I don't like BL, but maybe you'll find them more fun than I did. XD
