i honestly think this is the peak of food i ate this at a restaurant once and i cooked it myself based on the ingredients i tasted. its mushrooms, jamon (or bacon works too, any preserved meat would work), garlic and chili flakes. its VERY HOT and garlicy and its just amazing. its a shame that mushrooms shrink so much its very little food but it looks like a lot when you put the mushrooms in
