@fribbledom I really can. Too bad you are only critical of it when people you disagree with do such things, as walking out, even when being adressed by the heads of their member countries, and generally acting unruly had been the standard for pro-european politicians for decades. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gJAthagbT_A

@fitheach
"it just so happens another European party did the same thing in 1926."
Actually not really, this wasn't a walkout, but they turned their backs.

And it just happens that many left wing politicians did the same on Václav Klaus, the former czech president, for being sceptical of the lisbon treaty.

In other words, you are making links to the NSDAP because of a very loosely similar political gesture, while ignoring the exact instances of that gesture that had been happening in the european parliaments for decades, and even more infantile acts, both of which I have posted in the thread earlier.

The selectiveness and loose connections you are making make you look like you are drowning in your own confirmation bias, and would be more akin to a conspiracy crackpot.

Lastly, I have not heard of the exact instance you are talking about, but calling the siren soundbite "extreme elements" is laughable, as they are fairly commonly used as a soundbite, and was most likely something the sound guys had on hand rather than something BP would have chosen by hand.
