So they announced Overwatch on,the Switch. I'm kinda interested in how they optimized the game to get it running stable on the Switch. Because Tracer has about as much polygons to render as an entire map in Paladins IIRC (and Paladins sometimes runs like shit)

I'd imagine that they've decreased the render distance by a fair bit and are using special character models, which are more or less the LOD models of the PC version, and maybe added some walls in big areas for occlusion culling to do it's magic
