@lucy@netzsphaere.xyz need to eat more. if you've been eating wayyyy too little your body will have slowed down some normal metabolic processes to cope, then you start eating some more and it speeds up those processes to normal healthy levels so you don't gain weight still, so then you need to eat even more to overcome that metabolic increase to actually store extra energy
@arcana@fedi.layer02.net @nik@misskey.bubbletea.dev @lucy@netzsphaere.xyz you could have opposite problem, you ate an an extreme deficit for too long. fix that you should eat like 2k calories for a few weeks, then chop off 500 from that, and dont do such an extreme deficit again.
