China reminds me of a Star Trek the Next Generation episode where the Enterprise comes too the rescue of an alien ship with a distress signal. It turns out the aliens on board were retarded technology thieves that traveled around space pirating high tech weapons and such from unsuspecting travelers. They never invented anything themselves, they just stole high tech shit from everybody else.
