@mia@movsw.0x0.st too busy driving for 2 hours to get overpriced sugar milk
tfw i shaved after a month and I noticed i look much better without the beard
@mia@movsw.0x0.st @xXpaulaXx@goreslut.xyz ingrown hairs are pretty unavoidable depending on your facial hair. i somehow still get them and im at the point where i only need to shave once every week or two
@anemone @xXpaulaXx what worked for me back when i had male facial hair was using shaving gel with aloe vera instead of foam, moisturizing and peeling every now and then. night and day difference, but i guess men aren’t ready for that
ironically women’s razors also worked better later on (before i got lasered); i guess the different blade angle is better for close shaves
@mia@movsw.0x0.st @xXpaulaXx@goreslut.xyz i use a safety razer with a special shaving cream, works great for armpits as well. The issue is the ingrown hairs I still occasionally get on my face aren't shavable, they never actually come out of the skin properly, just curl around and get stuck in their own follicle.
@anemone @xXpaulaXx ah. yeah that’s what peeling and meticulous skincare can help with (but it’s no guarantee)
high estrogen levels also help because that promotes collagen and cell renewal… less problems with pores closing up/clogging ime; having a lot less trouble with keratosis pilaris on my legs@lucy @anemone @xXpaulaXx it’s what got me interested in injections (i got jealous)
i assumed what i got from tablets was as good as it’s going to get until i met you lol
@mia@movsw.0x0.st @xXpaulaXx@goreslut.xyz my problem is that i have thin skin with small pores combined with thick hairs
@lucy @anemone @xXpaulaXx also i’ve seen only one old pic of you but that’s enough for me to disagree tbh
@anemone @xXpaulaXx i’m gonna be honest if i could trade keratosis pilaris for occasional ingrown hair on my face i would
@mia@movsw.0x0.st @lucy@netzsphaere.xyz @xXpaulaXx@goreslut.xyz i might try them again but when i did injections before I got an orchi (spiro does jack shit) it was too painful for me to want to keep doing long term
@lucy @anemone @xXpaulaXx yeah i don’t…
like i’m aware of how other people see me and i try to appreciate that but most of the time when i look at myself it’s just “meh, not terrible i guess”
maybe i’m just not AGP enough
@anemone @lucy @xXpaulaXx hm… it took me a few tries to figure out a good technique but they’re completely painless for me now. not even getting muscle soreness anymore
@lucy @anemone @xXpaulaXx i also administer shots for lexi because she has extreme needle anxiety and is also scared of her muscles glitching out while she’s doing an injection (they do that, nervous system’s kinda fried at this point)
it’s a lot harder to find a good spot that won’t hurt and won’t bleed/backflow because she’s always super tense and can’t give much feedback but i’m getting better at it
@lucy@netzsphaere.xyz @mia@movsw.0x0.st @xXpaulaXx@goreslut.xyz i started developing a needle phobia from doing injections which is a big part of why i stopped
@xXpaulaXx @lucy @anemone maybe i’m just weird but it’s kinda relaxing to me
@mia @anemone @lucy @xXpaulaXx i like doing it and also doing it to a friend
@xXpaulaXx @anemone @mia @lucy it’s quick to learn, at least for me
damnnn relationship goal 🥺
