But I'm not even complaining, I use it as a credible excuse when people ask me "Why are you attempting to run <software> on a computer from 20 years ago?" 😂
I suppose when I finally get a job I'd have to switch to "I'm into retrocomputing" 🤔

Once I had great fun telling a guy at my friend's party about this friend's brother who acted like a real asshole on a certain occasion, everyone was laughing… Took me approximately half an hour to realise that the guy was this brother to whom I was never introduced properly 🤣
It was then when I realised the true extent of how relatable cringe comedies can be 😅

I once called the chief of police “General <name>” at a party they threw because I didn’t know how to read his rank and a one star in army here in the states is a brigadier general. My mom was a soldier and she always told me if you don’t know their insignia just use a rank that is either correct or higher. They’ll get upset if you demote them but never if you promote him. Being called General seemed to make his day.
