@kaia I recommend to have the tallow grinded by the butcher, and if he doesn't want to (like in my case) if you have a food processor then you can do it with the grate plate (neighbor shared her food processor for me).

Wunderbar! DDR hat immer interessiert mich sehr. War was besonderes. Zum Glück existiert nicht mehr.
