@lucy It wouldn't work for a number of health reasons. Even if I got back to the peak fitness I once enjoyed, I have an underlying condition that would make it impractical and almost certainly get me disqualified anyway. On top of that, all four of my limbs have sustained injuries profound enough to reduce mobility and strength.
It's not totally over in terms of learning to fight - judo would be perfect for someone like me. But I'll never be a killbot. :(
