monkey@greatape.casa@snacks yeah that's my apprehension, I've only heard and things about it. I do wonder if it's better than what I'm doing now though

monkey@greatape.casa@snacks yeah I'm just over working nonstop physically buuut yeah it's not the same as dealing with mfs complaining to me. I am good at troubleshooting and helping people, but still it sounds like help desk has the potential to be hellish
