Basically the QC party (for QC elections) separatist party was polling extremely well. I had hoped for a Conservative majority to scare the shitlibs into voting for the separatist, but it seems like things didn't work out. It's really bad though, it may be our last chance at it, if it goes on like this for 10-20 more years we're fucked and effectively replaced

On the other hand, I'm absolutely fucking mad at the status quo and the REASONS it happened

Boomers are pretty much unconcerned with the cost of living, making Canada a better place and the cost of housing. Don't they have fucking children and grandchildren? It's unfuckingbelievable. I'd gladly take some level of hit if it means my younger people can live better, which would probably also improve my conditions along with it to some levels anyways. Basically their #1 concerns was.... surprise surprise, the US/Canada relation, and what happens in boomer media? TDS 24/7 instead of anything else more important. Insane. I know this because my Dad had the news on all the time blaring on TV during his first presidency and the local news, even the tax funded Radio-Canada (French CBC) may as well been fucking CNN

That's why I say we may as well be fucking voting in the US elections at this point
