girls, if you are under 30 and don't date shy guys, you are making a mistake. don't burden yourself with someone else's emotional baggage. ruin the guy yourself!

@kaia 10% of guys getting vastly preferentially selected for favourable traits (height, money, masculine physical traits, social assertiveness, intellect)

@dagda on the other hand the top 10% of women get a lot of preferential treatment from the society as a whole ChenShrug

@kaia if both factions of those not in the top %'s would signal to the other faction to leave behind the upper selections and avoid dating apps and casual hookups there might be some solution to the predicament.
However this is not possible because suggesting selection even follows abstract rules is literally terrorism and far right extremism

@kaia @dagda dating apps felt giga filthy, i feel less sinful just straight up jerking off.
putting women on a "marketplace" felt super wrong

@themilkman @dagda
other way is just as wrong: women judging guys by their height, by how buff they are.

I sat behind a guy on the train who during 1h train ride maybe swiped yes on 250 women? he couldn't even look at them

@kaia @dagda dating apps completely ruin expectations, also overexposure to the attractive of the opposite sex, the "dating an ugly person" aversion got a hundredfold increased.

it also just ruined Talking with the other Sex in general, when women approached me they immedietly started talking about how Handsome i was, not any real conversations, just showering me with compliments (obviously, they just wanted to get me to their Beds as quickly as possible), as someone who had Gynophobia back then, i was obviously very visibly uncomfortable, but they kept on going, this kind of behavior honestly Fueled my Gynophobia (and subsequently, misogyny), made me very paranoid about them, even when women came with honest intent to start a conversation
