I don't think it's such a strongly controlled substance in most countries, I mean they they probably won't sell it to you in the nearest drug store in huge quantities, but otherwise it's not hard to get. At least that's what they usually cut cocaine with — were it any trouble, they'd probably be using something even cheaper.
But in any case, shouldn't you be treating the burns properly instead of all this? Of course I can't see how bad it is, but if it's just the fingertips you hardly need any pain remedy in the first place.

It might be a precursor to something or… these regulations at times are weird. Here in Russia they require prescription for Gabapentin, even though it has no known abuse history — it does get you mildly high if you overdose on it, but those who are likely to use it recreationally would probably go for Pregabalin instead and yet… like I said these regulations often make no sense or have corruption motives, they might be creating demand for a local patented drug someone from the government has a hand in this way.

@m0xEE @munir look, I just wanna date a cute girl, post funny memes, do cool computer shit, and ride my board with frens. And somehow lots of people try to get in the way of me doing this with their laws, regulations, AND TAXES. I don't really care about their ideologies or whatever motives drive their actions, but I do want them to stop subjecting me to this bullshit. It's that simple.
