@snacks @lucy @mia @mold To throw a wrench into this whole argument, listen to Hug You Hardcore from Lordi. A song specifically made to impersonate what defines pop, transfers it into hard rock which media almost always calls heavy metal with shock lyrics made to be as disgusting as possible.
