1. Introvert – Gains energy from being alone, can feel drained by too much social interaction. Enjoys deep conversations over small talk.
2. Extrovert – Gains energy from social interaction, enjoys being around people, often outgoing and expressive.
3. Ambivert – Right in the middle. Comfortable being alone or with others; can adapt depending on mood or situation.
4. Omnivert – Extreme version of ambivert. Can swing very introverted to very extroverted depending on context, energy levels, or even the people involved. Think of it as having a wide “social spectrum.”
5. Otrovert – Less common term. Often used to describe someone who acts extroverted outwardly but may feel introverted inside. Sort of like “masking” extroversion socially.
