Is the pacing of shōnen manga better in general compared to animu? I literally can't do One Piece/ Naruto/ Bleach anymore, it's 8 minutes of yapping, 9 minutes of flashbacks to last episode and 90 seconds of combat.
Only manga I bought in the last few years was Evangelion manga

@dagda soul eater anime wasn't as bad tho, they just slapped a shitty anime original ending on after 1/3rd because the anime caught up with the manga

@dagda @snacks fs, i tried watching naruto in middle school & it was so slow I literally couldnt. fights in bleach/naruto/etc still take multiple chapters in the manga of course, but being able to read at your own pace makes them so much more interesting & tolerable

@snacks @dagda t. finished ~70 volumes of naruto & bleach each, but couldnt watch either anime due to being bored. although i find most anime a little boring, so might just be me
