When hj visited me I had made a Gratin Dauphinois, I had not done this in many many year and even less with organics/fresh ingredient like nutmeg.
Turned out to be even better than what my father did.
Same for the ficelle picard (even tho the mushrooms were organic it doesn't beat the ones you can get in the mushroom caves of Bourré).
