From a Security / Technical Point of View anything whatever you execute runs under your user Account and if your user has permission to delete a whole drive, then the software has that permission too.
In the context of LLMs: No you didnt told the llm to do so but that doesnt matter since everything it does can always be on the wrong side of probability
