@lanodan @kaia oh i think bc these hours are not billed to the client. i think i understand the difference now

@whirly @kaia Oooh yeah, feels like a bit of a misnomer but makes sense.

Also I feel like this is the kind of stuff that still depends on regulation as training could be considered part of the work and so billed as such.
(Hopefully won't get into too much of a can of worms for me as I work internationally)
