@twinspin6 @r0se @snacks @zuki It's an "I'd play if I had people to play with" thing for me. I thought I'd found a fun vanilla server (even if it was anarchy, which I'm not big on because everyone just ends up ridiculously spread out,) people gave me stuff and I had a fun first day. Then I logged in again and the entire chat was people accusing each other of being pedophiles, calling each other slurs and ranting about trans people. Dropped.

@snacks @r0se @twinspin6 @zuki This is why Minecraft is best when you have a lot of people working together and everyone gets to just do what they enjoy. I don't want to play on yet another server where i'm fundamentally alone and locked out of half the mechanics because I hate villagers, etc.

@MalibuSunrise @r0se @snacks @twinspin6 @zuki You sound like exactly the kind of player I made the Lodge for on an old 1.16 server. It was a huge central log longhouse close to 0,0 that had a huge warehouse full of everything, a giant forge under it, lots of crops and horses, etc. It enabled people to just come on, gear up a bit instantly, and have access to building materials. It encouraged people to pitch in and build around it, and other people to establish far off outposts, hidden cottages in the forest etc. Minecraft is so much better when people cooperate. ❤️
