Wrist curls being problematic again, this time it actually hurts but on the backside somehow? Just stopped right away, ig i'll try dialing the weight back down a good bit apensive

@snacks they're gonna fuck you up if you keep them in your routine forever. I already have numb hands from using emacs but it gets a lot worse if I do wrist curls for a couple motnhs

@sampo don't really get how they'd be worse than regular curls, it just seems to take out the biceps

@snacks wrists are a major bitch baby spot in the human body and theres infinite ways to pinch tendons and shit. most of that doesn't really come into play if you keep your wrists straight as you do with regular curls

@snacks dead hang maybe? I just do my pulls without straps and it's good enough, hanging from a bar is kind of the same thing
