@twinspin6 Skimming Wikipedia it seems Switzerland has a horribly larpy political system but they have a president that serves as representative of the federal council so that seems rather prime minister shaped.

@twinspin6 uh, if there's a "never had prime minister", does that mean the "haven't eaten their prime minister" countries just ate a prime minister of another country
