Trying to run osu!stable in Bottles and I'm just getting increasingly arcane issues as I try to change the settings to make it work.

osu cannot access internet in a 32-bit prefix. In a 64-bit prefix, it installs properly but crashes immediately no matter the .NET framework I've installed. Well, it used to do so, now there's just no IL interpreter for some reason even though there's definitely a .NET.

What's weird is iexplore works just fine in the 32-bit prefix, and the osu installer could get the localization, but it can't fetch updates.

Wait it works with .NET 4.5. Click the circles.

All the icons are fucked though. I saw on WineHQ you need gdiplus for that, and I uh, have it.

Oh god it's unplayable. The audio latency seems fine but the sound is crackly which lol for a music game but the graphics are unbearable. Something's happening to the framerate. I think it's trying to render 60 FPS on my 75 Hz screen which is already bad enough but it's just completely wrong, can't really explain how it just feels terrible.

Despite stable feeling unbelievably worse, I'm still apparently better at the game on it than on lazer. (Don't believe the order, first is 9x miss second is 6x miss, no clue how the score and pp is so much higher with worse acc lol).

@lanodan Doesn't matter than much with scorev2 compared to misses. Although that + the 0.96x multiplier for stable scores is probably why actually.
