thinking about spending the price of just a better controller on aliexpress upgrade parts for my controller

@coolbean have you considered buying an 8bit-do or such instead? they’re relatively cheap and generally good

@coolbean i really like my gamesir lite. Only thing that'd make it better would be 18650 batteries instead of a pouch cell and rumble (rumble is a gimmick i really don't care for and can't understand how it's universal)

@Clover the pro 2/3 was what i was actually thinking about as a better controller
either that or at the very least getting a dualsense and just replacing the sticks with tmr ones for mostly the same effect but with WAY better gyro. like switch controllers poll the gyro at only like 100hz and dont have dual gyroscopes making them way less accurate and much slower
really my only complaint with that is i think the playstation split dpad is dumb. maybe i can look into modding in the xbox elite sticks (not the measuring unit, the physical stick) and dpad much like i wanted to with the switch pro controller

@Clover but yea. dualsense + tmr sticks and ps1-colored shell = like twice what itd cost to just get either a 8bitdo or modding my switch pro controller all of which come to almost the exact same end result except the dualsense has better gyro
