Why is foot fetish apparently really malebrained? Afaik it's mostly guys and gay guys are extra likely to be into it, the ones i know here who constantly talk about it are gay dudes funny enough

what im asking myself tho, if women are into the foot stuff on the passive side are they counted as having a foot fetish?
because if there's so many men into feet in a heteronormative society, some or many of them must have partners who they do all the foot stuff with
