external torx is such an oddity because i literally cannot find nuts for it. like why does it exist if its only used for bolts where you can just as well use internal drive?

like, its justification for existing is already a fucking joke considering you literally just cant make flat wrenches for them. only sockets but not even using it for nuts to at least have a cohesive ecosystem is just baffling because as it is you usually just use hex nuts with these
