@k4t3 sadly most of them seem to be pretty blurry or at least have bad qc

@k4t3 found one that has decent quality but it would be about as expensive as my other lenses instead of a <100€ bargain. I am still considering

@coolbean my main lens isn't quite pancake but pretty smol and light (all plastic). It's nice to be able to just put my a6000 in a pocket or carry it around on my wrist for hours

@k4t3 didn't those have some really funky distortions? Stuff like that seems way more fun than spending thousands on lenses you'll still only use in very limited scenarios tho

@snacks they do! they do get a really swirly spiral-like bokeh, looks extremely dreamy (go look it up!!)

@snacks its sorta weird though, like i've talked to people about lenses, and they don't really appreciate creative photography and went.. "haha those people are so dumb, they pay money for a lens that produces distortions, when they could get a crispy clean image" like ehhh?

@k4t3 my ttartisan can look kinda like that ig, but the bokeh is still sharper somehow than on the images i just saw

@k4t3 i understand both. But usually the bokeh on "good" lenses isn't even that nice and you can oftne just stop down the weirder ones if you really need sharpness and little other artifacts.
My f0.95 is really blurry full open but that's can make everything feel very warm and welcoming too and usually makes skin look nice

@coolbean @k4t3 the one the pic you replied to is 90€ on kleinanzeigen. You're gonna struggle getting a lens for much less outside of maybe flea markets

@snacks @k4t3 that is also true. such is the agony of photography

@snacks @k4t3 this is why im trying to move to e mount. you can get adapters for basically any lens mount in existence. lets me get away with scrounging through flea markets

i do remember seeing some minolta slt cameras at a thrift shop a while back so i might wanna go there again to check what lenses they have there

@coolbean @k4t3 if you find sone funky lens you like you can prob ask reia to print an adapter

@snacks @k4t3 yea but its a lot harder with a mount due to the distance to the sensor being relatively large
