I don't totally understand that frame of mind, but I actually have seen it a lot. Maybe me not understanding that is why I am broke. :-P

@prettygood I worry about this too. I want to make software but either I know how to recognise hallucinations and therefore probably don't need AI, or I don't and therefore will probably end up producing slop if I use it. So I think I'll learn to code the old-fashioned way instead.

@prettygood Or pay someone to do it. Or pay someone to both write the software for me and teach me how they are doing it at the same time. I think that might be a good idea. What do you think?

So, the code you write is more likely to have bugs?
If I use genAI to write, say, a Freenet dapp for a trustless democratic forum, how would I find the bugs due to hallucinations if I don't know how to code?
I could get someone else to help me. Would you be interested? How much would you want for it, if anything? I don't have any XMR or other cryptocurrency, so we would have to dox ourselves to each other if so.
