Also, night photography kinda makes you wonder about the insane dynamic range of eyes

Took a pic of a street lamp and to my eye the buld was easily visibke while the background was still decently lit. For the camera the lamp was way too bright to see anything inside the glass while the background was getting darker than to my vision already.
If i try to expose the moon the rest of the sky is dark even tho with my naked eye i can still see a lot

@snacks my eyes are getting worse at this point, i used to be good at seeing at night, now even when my eyes are adjusted and im in a dimly lit room i struggle to make out the difference in between dark areas. its depressing cause i go like "fuck i used to be able to see this"
