@jeremiah @subnetter Most of my #LGBT friends in college were gay, but yeah, they can be a pain.
That wasn't because they were gay though, they had some other serious issues going on that made them unbearable to most people outside of the group, a noxious fusion of neuroticism, #PTSD, and self-centeredness. I tried helping them for a while but stopped hanging out with them in part because it was a bit too much (and also in part because they were so unbearable they started beefing with each other over the years and the friend group eventually broke apart).
