there is electricity and internet
there are plenty of rich farmers around
also funny thing, the electricity goes down often, basically any storm or strong winds will kill it for a few hours or a day
and bf has 2 sisters, both lawyers, so they can file a lawsuit against the energy company for free and basically just get a bunch of money every year
cheaper to pat than off than to fix the problems
