@mia why does it take longer to print?

@lucy yeah you have to go very slow if you want it to actually come out somewhat clear, especially if you’re using small layer heights

with most other filaments it could go at closer to 30mm³/s and zipping around at 400mm/s

@lucy dumping a few hundred watts into a big slab of aluminum for a couple hours a day does a decent job at keeping me warm in winter

@mia i could swap bed and kitchen so the bed is at the heater. that way I'd also have more space in the room, and the kitchen is less remote to everything. actually that's a great idea. right no there's a lot of space wasted at the kitchen like the gap between fridge and the shelf and it's still very narrow that way it'd be more open and the fridge would be more accessible facing into the room as well.

@lucy yeah i was thinking of suggesting that actually

@lucy should work well now that you have the kitchen hood too

@lucy maybe also move the wardrobe all the way into the corner so that you can fit the fridge in that space as well and avoid running the cable for your PC across the room? idk if that works

@mia my plan was to move the PC cases and that table over there where the fridge is right now.
because there's stuff next to the wardrobe so i can't move it further.

and yes, I'd connect my computer to the outlet the kitchen was using and vice versa then. no more cables across the room on the floor.
