@lucy @shibao tbh a lot of the cheesecake i’ve been served tasted like a low-calorie alternative. not enough sugar, somehow dry as cardboard

maybe swabians think that’s normal? maybe they don’t expect anything storebought to be good at all?

@lucy actually i suggest making a new one for that, and organizing the columns somewhat chronologically based on how soon we can or want to do it (roughly: short term, sometime this year, maybe one day)

@shibao @a7 we use quark which is some weird german shit. it's like curd but tastes more like yoghurt but not really and also it's kinda fluffy/creamy and technically cheese afaik.
