In Western Europe (e.g. France), you have really good quality of life, but the women are a bit "crazy" (more like climate-change-crazy, not so much pills-crazy).
Eastern European women are some of the most decent people you'll ever meet. I've been married 6 years and my wife is my best friend.
All I can say is if you're an American guy, you're not already married, and you don't have a passport - you're not playing to win.
