@CheetahFluff i just installed it its awesome! i’m gonna tinker with it but i missed so much swipe type since i uninstalled gboard. now i can type just as fast as the kids nowadays!

thibaultmol@en.osm.town@CheetahFluff the background on this by the way is that other open source keyboards that also have swiping the abilities like Heliboard actually use a library from Google for that.
What FUTO did is build their own machine learning based swiping engine.... The problem was that there is no large enough public data set with swiping data. So they had a website where people could swipe words for them to create a data set which they've now also open sourced.
