@coolbean afaik your bf% needs to be very low for that not to happen. Even people with visible abs can still have it

@coolbean how the tummy rolls up during sitting is mostly based on how your tummy is build. It's also a deciding factor on which type of navel piercing you can get, and fat tissue doesn't change it.
The best thing you can do is to accept the tummy as it is. All models on photographs or actors in movies do not let their tummy be loose while sitting, or use poses that would expose how it looks naturally

@coolbean webcams and front cameras on phones are tricky to present certain things because they distort the view with their short focal length

phone camera applications do compensations in that regard when it detects the face on the photo. easily to check with enabling (if possible) raw and jpg image, and doing a selfie with face close to the end of the view

@coolbean best quality you can get with controllable focal length is a photo camera with hdmi capture (or whatever connection to the computer to get the view from it)

@coolbean seen tripods on worse surfaces than beds already, also 50mm would probably be already in a distance outside of bed, but yeah. selfshooting photos isn't comfortable at all

@coolbean his bf% also varies from pretty low to very unhealthy. My point is that you shouldn't worry about rolls when sitting down

@coolbean do you have rolls when standing up? If no then stop worrying. If your goal is abs then say that
