dude I was trying to type slow and I typed at 140wpm and towards the end i returned to what i thought was normal but slowed down typing speed and it went up to 176wpm

I just got better over time, I didn't try to get faster. I just type a lot online and especially when I didn't have a mic I had to type fast in csgo but I don't know if that affected it. it's just that my muscle memory and speed gets better with time I guess. I was surprised to see consistently reaching 140-160wpm lol I'm typing calmest ive ever typed
