I think that taking someone from these matching companies gives a company monetary benefits from the state. You know, they're doing more "goodwill for society" by employing someone this far in the jobless world.

@IlDuWuce i think the company that ends up hiring you actually pays up the money, companies are very much subject to the "systems" that are standard, if google does something one way, they will do it like google does.

which is why the hiring processes have been dogshit, also things like foreign quasi-slavery demolishing the job market.

it's kinda funny how the free market operates doesn't it, a lot of companies don't get people hired (because of retarded and neurotic HR middle management) so companies get founded to tackle* that issue, ironically if you look for job listings a lot of those listings are actually those new job-searching companies themselves, because they need to hire people lol.

* Companies will never actually solve a problem nor change internally

@dagda@netzsphaere.xyz @CapitalB@noauthority.social @themilkman@shitposter.world the entire purpose of this job market is to ensure beneficial conditions for HR professionals to safely lay their eggs. everyone else from janitor to CEO is simply the material from which they build their nests

@maimun @themilkman @CapitalB
I mean if HR just hired all labor that a company needs to keep going for a while they become obsolete immediately. That's why you need to purge bureaucracies from time to time, this is true for every form of organization (states, companies, parties, associations, etc.)

@dagda@netzsphaere.xyz @themilkman@shitposter.world @CapitalB@noauthority.social maybe all along the real human resources were all the reproductive age women protected from having to develop a consciousness by being given a bureaucratic job

@themilkman I've gotten my last 5 jobs this way. Via recruiting agents. They just get you past the "auto reject" bullshit of the systems they use to sort CVs without human input
