@desea @MalibuSunrise actually, the most effective option is injecting cooled IV liquid
that’s what you do in severe cases of hyperthermia
the less severe option is an actively cooled (with a chilling unit and a water loop) blanket

You place a heating cathether into the large vein directly next to the heart, and slowly heat the person back up over the course of days
