@alienskyler @georgia these references too. So I'm trying to find where the Bible describes with the adj Makr, because in Hanafi tradition, the Bible is context for understanding the Qur'an. So, if you are unsure of the meaning of an ayat, you compare it to the Torah, Psalms, Proverbs, or the 4 Gospels, and use that as the context in which to understand the verse in question. In this case, I'm trying to see how Makr is used in the Bible, in Hebrew and Aramaic, to counter the revisionist Muslim argument that Makr means "plan" and not "deceive".
