let's learn an entirely new script for meager grammatical benefit

@histoire3 literally everything was upper case than some folk invented lower case for for easy writing and then just started mixing both.

Use case for different cases being separate unicode points despite being the same literally the same characters

If you want separation idk make the first letter bigger or smth

I'm actually fine with all cap, no cap on god

The benefit of changing is minimal though so.... Eh

@histoire3 I'm obviously not salty that indian characters take just as many bytes as chinese characters despite being elegant and (recursively even) composable and sino letters being precomposed

I can understand that though, kanji are cancerous

@histoire3 indian characters are like *gana but instead of the syllable being being an entierely separate character it's a composed character of base consonant + vowel radicle.

Plus you can can combine consotants for making conjecets -

@histoire3 It's also in a neat regular and nice table which is ordereed on the basis of mouth position and phonological priniciples

The system is good enough that despite every major-minor cultture group having their own variants -- they are almost all invariable interchangeable

Also the wrting system is more an encoding of the sanskrit phonetic system ie the letters came before they were actually written
