i think it's pretty common for VPSes no? i'm not sure they bumped up active prices for actual dedicated servers

@snacks@netzsphaere.xyz What i meant is that you invest in hardware that you run in colocation in a DC or at home then use a remote server to proxy all the TCP and UDP traffic to hide your backend and for everything else use something like GCore or Cloudflare or any other CDN to reduce load and traffic, We save up to 3TB a month of data by using a CDN alone
This for us at least trimmed our monthly cost down to 25-40 bucks a month
